一开始在700SPS跟700P之间纠结，为了满足对狙的意淫。决定上700P，但是这个700P的26“的重管有9磅，拿出去打鹿是不是太重？LTR是20”的fluted的管，只有7.5磅。
具体问题有两个：
1.那9磅的700P打猎，初了重，还有什么别的缺点吗？
2.LTR 20“的fluted的管精度比26”的重管是不是要差很多？但是在maryland打猎太远距离也用不上，还有附近好找的靶场好像最远也只有300yd。是不是26“重管的优势也体现不出来？ |

expression. Usually, if it is MMLV, then the promoter is contained in 5'LTR,
so the viral genome is transcribed from there. Otherwise, people will put a
CMV in front of 5'LTR to express it. Without a promoter, the viral genome
will not be expressed and packaged into virus particles.
Second, I never saw anybody inserted Ori within a viral genome. It is very
weired. Not sure how it will affect your gene expression.

断 ，两个ltr呈反向排列，但是之间只有20bp的间隔，具体情况见下图，但是最终不能
正常产生病毒，请教各位有什么好的建议么，或者说这样的载体本身就不能正常工作？

The construction is modified and derived from pRetrosuper which is used for

另外，4kb算是比较大得了，病毒的产量会随insert 长度有指数的下降 |

了chimeric的LTR，所以你经常会看到第三代表达载体的LTR写成CMV/LTR或者RSV/LTR用
来表示这种杂合LTR结构。
无论是lenti还是retro，LTR都既是promoter又是enhancer，比较一下lenti和retro的
LTR差别还是非常大的。
其实我们试过，lenti的包装系统可以包装retro的，而retro的也能包装lenti的表达载
体，只是效率非常非常的低，没有实际的可操作的意义，还不如直接用pcDNA3.1感染呢。

. There is no current provision to allow undocumented non-citizens to apply
for legalization to LTR. A small number of LTRs were unable to adjust to LPR
